    Obsessed

    I feel like I was hunting forever for a good organic espresso where the price felt reasonable. I'm so glad that I found Sightglass. Ow's Howl is a truly beautiful roast and I look forward to my morning latte that much more now. Love it and definitely recommend.

    Impressed from my first cup

    I admit I'm a bit of a coffee snob. I grew up in the PNW with the shops in Seattle and Portland and enjoyed learning more about coffee, brewing roasting and just how to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

    When my family decided to move to Southern California I never realized how invaluable those lessons would be. Good coffee shops are hard to come by here, so now I'm brewing at home on my Linea.

    I'm constantly trying new beans as roasters change personnel and distribution. I generally prefer light roast, natural process bright, floral and fruity notes but I like variety and trying new things.

    I brewed this at 195c, 20g beans, 30g out in 30s. Straight espresso. I'm going to try ristretto for my morning latte later when I get it dialed in. The shot was delicious. Immediate notes of cherry and chocolate. I got the stone fruit a bit as it faded, but didn't really catch any of the orange.

    Even better was that this was at my door three days after my order and for less than any other subscription than I've tried.

    Keep up the good work! Keep a consistent roast and you'll have a consistent customer.
